Call client and set up time to make estimate, meet with client and discuss estimate, Agree on price and schedule work, perform work, inspect job and make sure it meets and exceeds customers expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

6 years on the job training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a customer myself back in 2008 and needed a roof. I was very afraid to make a claim by myself. Having someone walk me through the process was very helpful. I wanted to be able to help people work through the same process.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, commercial, government.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We've recently been doing more remodeling and restoration work. Seeing the before and after has been enjoyable.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their references and make sure they are accountable for their work. Such as using the BBB or other references.

Besides budget, what are some advantages of other types of roofing systems might have for them.
