What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are going to beat or after least match any bid.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We normally like to come out to a new customers property and introduce ourselves and get a good idea of what they are trying to do. Then usually things click and then we get down to business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All my training has been on the job training from my big brother.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My brother Paul and I got started in Dallas when we had those 2 big storms in March and April of 2016.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with just about every type of customer you can think of and enjoy the diversity.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Halo recently built a 8 ft. cedar board on board security/luxury fence. It had kick board and topper including a beautiful redwood stain. It had several custom components like a custom header above remote controlled gate to allow the 6ft. to appear 8ft. See our photos.

Make sure the company is local and read their reviews.
