Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
With any roof repairs or replacements, the situation always varied case by case. We will supply our homeowners with an estimate at the end of our inspections.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our process is very simple. We will need our homeowners to first trust us with their home and let us do an inspection to find out what the home will need to be corrected. We are able to help file their claim to the insurance company (If needed). We work diligently to get the roof replaced. We do a final inspection along with the homeowner to make sure they are happy with the results. When the homeowner is happy, we get paid. We will then issue a 5yr warranty and a certificate of completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
National Roofing Contractors' Association- In Good Standing Roofing Contractors Association of Texas- In Good Standing Safety Services Company- Active Member C296805 Better Business Bureau- A+ Rating Owens Corning Preferred Contractors GAF Certified With any of these credentials listed above we as a company have to follow strict guidelines and meet all the criteria to achieve them. We have to be Licensed and Insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Seeing that I could help another family with their investment is what drove me to gain passion in this roofing industry. I learn and gain new experiences with every house we help repair. I simply love to see our homeowners, roofers and our sales team satisfied with our job well done.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We are not selective in types of customers. All our business is focused on diversity and being able to communicate fairly with each other's.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We have accomplished so many roofs in Texas and Louisiana. Our recent projects have been restoring homes in Louisiana after the Hurricane Ida. Each of these homes have a story to be fond of. We faced so many difficulties and challenges alike, but our team managed to complete these projects in a timely manner. We used only TruDefinition Duration 40yr with RizerRidge Hip & Ridge on most our projects. These particular items are not readily available on store shelves in New Orleans. This I am proud to say we did a very good job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would tell any homeowner that they need to check credentials, and never hire a company that is willing to pay your deductibles to insurance. This is against the law. Also never hire a company that requires money up front.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The most important is can you trust them. Is the company certified, trained and insured? Am I willing to show this team my insurance documents? Are they willing to take time to answer all my questions? Will they explain the entire process on what the scope of work is?
