What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At Newfield Roofing we want to work with our clients to help them restore their home back to working order. We understand that a roof project can be pricey and are willing to work with our clients to find a price that is accurate and fair to their budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At Newfield Roofing we start with an initial free inspection to get a better understanding of the current roof condition or to evaluate the damage for a repair. We will take detailed photos of the roof or damaged area and create a photo report that we will then provide to our clients with a detailed list of issues or concerns on the roof with our best advice on what needs to be addressed right away. Once we come to an agreement on what needs to be taken care of we will provide our clients with a detailed estimate for the work that needs to be completed. After we agree on price we will schedule a date that works with their schedule to complete the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All Newfield Roofing Employees are HAAG Certified: - HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspectors - HAAG Certified Commercial Roof Inspectors - HAAG Certified Wind & Hail Damage Inspectors

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with a family roofing company about 5 years ago and fell in love with helping my clients protect one of their most valuable assets their home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of clients from single family homes in the surrounding Houston and Austin area to large commercial and multifamily homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a residential re roof project in the Hunters Creek area here in Houston. The home was roughly 7,000 square feet including 3 flat portions of the roof. The landscaping of our clients home was very elaborate my team did a tremendous job covering the property and pool to protect the landscaping from any damage.
