What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Inspection should always come before pricing. We will come out to the residence and check accessibility, measurements, roof layers, the colors you want, and the materials needed. Price is dependent on specific project factors. Once we quote you for a service, we honor the price. NO HOURLY FEES. NO HIDDEN FEES.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will get on a phone call and discuss your goals and concerns, leading to a scheduled inspection in which we will take a look at the property and what is needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attend 2-4 construction build and roofing seminars every year to further my education in my trade.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I come from a family who worked in this line of work all their life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers of all types of nationalities, all types of home sizes, and all kinds of projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done a couple of Historical Landmarks properties. One of those homes took us nine (9) months to complete. Insurance did not want to pay for what they owed my customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get on a call with the potential contractor. Price is important however, connecting with the professional can give you a good feel for who they are and how they can serve you.

1. How many years of experience does the contractor have? 2. Have they done projects similar to what you're looking for? 3. Are they offering an inspection prior to pricing?
