What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I want to be competitive. It's best to be transparent in what I am offering. It's important that the client is comparing Apples to Apples.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial inspection so that I can compare my findings with the insurance adjuster. Discussing the process of insurance claims and explaining The Storm Shield Way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've done several classes on Shingles, Xactimate and Roofing Contractors License in Massachusetts. Also Certified with Certainteed and Owens Corning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in Storm Restoration in 2008 working for a Friend who owned his own Company. I Fell in love with Roofing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and Commercial. Focusing on Storm Restoration and Roofing needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a client cancel her appointment after her Husband had someone look and claimed there wasn't any damage. I assured her that a 2nd set of eyes wouldn't hurt, and sure enough, they had a broken skylight from hail and roof, gutter, pool and fence damage. I got all of the above paid for and completed. Client is very Happy!

Be sure to look up Reviews on Google or Facebook before selecting a roofer in Texas.
