What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We go out and inspect the damages, measure the areas need to be assessed and send out a free quote or file a claim with their insurance if they want to file an insurance claim.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We train all our techs and keep them trained on a monthly basis and we are certified by IICRC for Water & Fire damage.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are vendors with insurance companies and they assign us direct work for their own insureds.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers, we do residential, commercial and everything else.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a big water damage job which took about 2 months to finish and it was assigned by one of the large insurance companies. We also just finished a roof that was damaged by the hurricane. Customer is very happy and even referred us his neighbor.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always do your due diligence and check if they have good ratings and ask for before and after photos.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask their contractor as many questions as possible to clarify any doubts they may have about any part of the job so they can be the bright side. Ask the if they are insured, and hoe many years experience they have in the roofing and restoration field and ask for references,
