The market is flooded with thousands of people calling themselves ‘contractors’... though the vast majority of them are actually ‘handymen’ (97%). Resist the temptation of buying worthless warranties… …even if you’ve received roof repair or replacement estimates from other contractors that have left you wondering if there’s a better deal out there. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

While we prefer an in-person meeting, we can listen to you and share some options over the phone or through text messages. 1️⃣ First, you meet with me or one of our specialists. This allows us to align around your vision and goals for the project. 2️⃣ Second, we give you a written estimate. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’re a factory-certified installer of shingles and metal roofs. But that’s table stakes in this business. But we realized a long time ago that roofing is as much as customer service and offering valuable solutions to our clients—not just banging in shingles. So we go a step further to offer that white glove experience that’s uncommon in our trade…everything from affordable financing and possibly to mowing your lawn (that is if we didn’t have other clients to offer the same white-glove treatment to :)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We work with all types of homeowners, everyone from homeowners whose property has been storm-damaged, others who have ignore a minor leak for years only to wake up one day with water gushing down, to homeowners who will not settle for anything less than having the finest looking house on the block.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The famous patriot red roof. Our client wanted this rare (in Texas) of shingles. We had to source it out of state. It was in the middle of the pandemic. And we could only get our hands on the exact number of shingles so there was very little room for error.
