What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Free Estimate & Inspection – I assess your roof or exterior needs and provide a clear, detailed quote. Project Discussion – I walk you through your options, materials, and expected timeline. Scheduling & Preparation – Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. Project Execution – I complete the job with a focus on quality and efficiency. Final Walkthrough & Cleanup – I ensure everything meets your expectations and leave your property spotless.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a degree in Construction Science & Management from Texas State University and have been working in the roofing and exteriors industry for over five years. I'm also pursuing my master's degree in Construction Management at Texas State to further expand my expertise. I stay up to date with industry best practices and use GAF-certified roofing products to ensure the best results for my customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working in the roofing industry in 2020 at my family's company, gaining hands-on experience in roofing, project management, and customer service. I have now transitioned into running my own business, Instant Roofing & Exteriors, to provide high-quality, reliable roofing and exterior services with a personal touch.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with homeowners, property managers, and real estate investors on a variety of projects, from small repairs to full roof replacements and exterior repairs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my favorite recent projects was a roof replacement for a homeowner whose roof had been severely damaged by a storm. They were stressed about potential leaks and unsure about the next steps. I took the time to walk them through their options, answer all their questions, and make sure they felt confident in the process. A few days later, I installed a brand-new GAF roof, giving their home not only better protection but also a fresh, updated look. Seeing their relief and excitement when everything was finished was the best part—they told me it felt like they had a brand-new home, and that’s exactly why I love what I do.
