What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have the most competitive prices, period. How? We intentionally keep our overhead very low. No fancy office. No secretary etc. We keep our costs low and pass along the savings to you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1) Visit property and do a full VIDEO review of the roof system. 2) Share detailed video and dozens of pictures with homeowner and walk them through priorities. 3) Determine whether insurance will be involved. If so we handle insurance from start to finish. 4) Provide estimate. 5) Schedule and complete job ~ on time and on budget. 6) Ask for a review! :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

7+ Years of roofing. We love what we do and it shows in our work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in home remodeling and specialized in roofs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds. We do residential and commercial. We do slate, asphalt shingle and tile. If you have a roof that needs repair or replacement, we can do it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Oncology doctor referred to us by another customer. He already had a roofing company come out and they were dealing with his insurance. It wasnt going well. We contacted insurance, got him approved for 12k MORE than the original claim and had the materials on site a week later! Wrapped up the roof over 2 days. Please ask us for his reference and ask him about his experience yourself. He is thrilled!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be careful in TX. There are NO license requirements. So anyone can claim to be a roofer. And many do!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask for references, ask for certificates of insurance, and dont be shy to ask questions about your specific roofing needs. We are here to educate and serve. And we look forward to serving you.
