Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is very competitive within the current market against other roofing companies. Our team is very good about the accuracy of their estimates therefore you can be confident in the estimated price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
After having one of our roofing professionals come out and give you a free estimate, new customers can then expect to get an accurate estimate in the coming days. If this estimate is approved then our team will reach out and set a date to start your project at your and our earliest convenance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our team has over 20 years of experience within the industry. We hold our general contractors license which we had to pass multiple exams testing the knowledge of different materials and other knowledge within the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After years of working in construction and within the roofing industry Chris Smith, owner, decided to start his own company because he didn't like the way other people were running their companies and the cultures there. We started as a Handyman service and started the roofing division of the company a couple years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all types of customers. These are residential customers in the Knoxville, Maryville, Loudon, and Tellico Village areas.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We did a massive roof in Tellico Village that the customer called us with a potential insurance claim. We were able to have our insurance specialist come out and help these customers file a claim having their roof covered. This project took us four days on the job working and we lost one of the days due to rain. We were able to put the new roof on while tearing the other one off. We were able to tarp when it rained and not compromised the interior of the house at at point.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask questions about the job and what they offer. We are very up front about every process of the job whether that be pricing or the execution of the project. If a deal sounds too good to be true listen to your gut and ask more questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Ask if the company is insured, bonded, and licensed. These are the first questions then look on google to see their reviews. I would then strongly suggest you to plain and simply ask questions because it will be clear if whomever you're talking to knows what they're talking about or not if you ask questions about the process.
