What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have one of the fastest response rates according to Thumbtack pros. We also can usually get your roof inspected, quoted, and repaired within 7 days!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

At DLV we have 25+ years in business. We are backed by Cetrainteed SURESTART warranty and we are Certified Master Craftsman for Certainteed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a 3rd Generation Roofer. It runs in the family, and we are locally owned and operated.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work a lot with Homeowners, Property Management Companies, Home Inspectors, and Realtor's.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are insured! Tenure in business! Make sure they are not trying to sell you a whole roof if a whole roof is not what you need. We listen to our customers and present a no hassle approach. If a repair is all you need then that is what we will give you. This is why realtors call us again and again. If a minor repair is all that is needed to complete your home sale then we are happy to assist.
