We offer 5% discounts to seniors and veterans! We have excellent roofing professionals that can handle any type of project you have. We fix small leaks and replace entire roofs if you have asphalt or metal roofs. We can usually have an average sized roof replace in one to three days once we get started depending on the condition of your roof. Our roofing team consists of an expert team of roofers, painters, remodelers and gutter installers with years of experience. Finally, if you need a part of your property brought under control, garage clutter cleared out, gutters cleaned and/or gutter screens put on, pressure washing for your home or driveway/sidewalk? We can handle that too! We can haul off any types of junk or other clutter that you have on your property including old cars and trucks or just what is left when you are moving out of your home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

If you’re interested in our services we will come out and give you a bid at your location so that you will know exactly what our cost will be at no cost to you. If it is a roof repair, we would prefer to do it while there if you agree on the pricing. We will have to charge more if we have to leave and then come back to do the same thing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will come out to your location sit down and listen to what your needs are. We will then tell you what our recommendations would be in order to accomplish your goals. We will answer all questions that you may have regarding a recommendations. Next we would discuss when we can get started, which would probably be right away, and how long it would take to complete their services, which for a roof repair will usually be the day we start if we get there early enough.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As we mentioned in our profile, most of our employees had previously worked at Home Depot roofing services for a good while and obtained a substantial amount of experience regarding roof repairs and installing new roofs through that company and other experiences in the past.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our family has been in the roofing business for a long long time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with governmental, commercial and residential customers. As a company, we also subcontract with a lot of the large companies, but go in under their name so no one knows it is really our company doing all of the work. Their company basically is just a marketing company more or less with many of them having one or two crews that cannot handle their business. We direct market through services such as Thumbtack and our website.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Depending on the size of the project, we usually get a roof replacement done in one day if we start first thing in the morning. We recently did a house with an octagon roof and had to do special cuts but still finished it in one day. It was probably the most difficult of our career.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet one on one with the people doing the work to determine their expertise and if you’d like you can contact one or more of our references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It would probably be desirable to determine that the company that you’re working with can actually take care of any roof project that you maybe need to undertake. Additionally you would probably want to inquire as to what the recommendations are for either repairing the roof, or in you have an older roof in the area of 17 years and above, is it more feasible to consider replacing the roof. Finally you would definitely want to make sure that your roof has not encountered wind or hail damage, in which case you can bring in your insurance company as part of the solution.
