What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Estimates are free with no obligation. We gain accurate measurement of your roof via satellite. Pricing discounts to military and senior citizens, plus police and fire personnel. Pricing is very market competitive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Find out the customer's needs, repair or replacement. We also confirm whether this is an insurance claim or not. If an insurance claim, we are happy to meet with the adjuster. Then we set up appointments with the customer to discuss the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

40 years within the construction industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After our family sold the dairy farm, we started to build houses.

Residential and commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed a recent church project within budget and worked with the insurance adjuster on said project to the satisfaction of the church and the adjuster.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Most projects are quoted by the square (10' x 10'). Always ask number of squares and price per square. It's always interesting to ask what additional costs might arise such as rotted wood. Are those costs included? Are material, labor, taxes and permit fees included in the quote?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Not only the warranty on materials but what is the warranty on workmanship.
