We currently maintain four primary certifications in residential and commercial Roofing. IKO installer (the only certified installer within 50 miles), GAF and Owens Corning certified installers and Gaco and Uniseal coatings certifications.

The most common jobs we perform would include basic repairs on shingle residential roofs, failed pipe boots and leaking chimneys. After that, we also perform a lot of metal roof coatings, flat roof repairs and Coatings as well as commercial repairs and Roof replacements.

We recently recoated a metal roof and did four repairs on the same roof for a first grade school teacher on a limited income. Once we understood her economic limitations, we researched and found a few ways of saving her a lot of money while prolonging the roof on her house that she grew up in and has been in her family since 1905! This was another great day in our careers because we helped her keep her house and save money by researching and finding out some alternative ways of prolonging the life of her old metal roof.
