How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our owner began working at a very early age for another local roofing company. He picked up the ropes very quickly and realized he could branch out on his own to help greater service the Northern Charleston area.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. Many clients are unsure what the problem is when it comes to roof troubles and assume they just need a repair. Our job is to diagnose the problem and make sure we repair in a timely manner or help explore options if a new roof is needed. We have also worked on many homes installing new windows for the homeowners to enjoy. So if you're unsure about what your home needs OR you know exactly what you want.. we are the company for you.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love helping clients, especially after a big storm! My goal is to help them as quickly as possible so that they can go back to normal life. Recently, I had a client who needed a new roof and 6 new windows after a very bad storm. We worked directly with his insurance company to get it done as soon as possible and for as little as possible out of pocket.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure, they are licensed and insured, have local offices, and have been in business for 10 years or more!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Pricing, time line or project and that they feel absolutely confident in the contractors ability to get the job done right.
