What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We specialize in the Storm Damage Insurance claims process and have a strong track record of representing Homeowners and handling all work covered. We also do retail roofing installations and only use the best materials! If there is a difference in price LOOK HERE!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Check out our video. If you need a retail job, the process is quick and seamless. If there is Storm Damage and it is a viable claim, the process is a bit more complex but explained in detail.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the business for many years and our work can be verified by our many 5 star reviews and the many referrals our customers continue to provide us. We are Certified Atlas Shingle Pro Installers, member of the NRCA, BBB, Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce and Charleston Chamber of Commerce.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was a kid in business and have had my hand in every aspect of the business at some time. After decades of learning on the job and continuously pushing myself further, I am now taking all of my experience and going to work for you! I specifically specialize in Hail damage and its affects on Roofs and other exterior items. We have a proven record of success using technology and innovation to spring us into the competitive future. This is evident in the speed of contact and presentation of information to our Customers!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I had the privilege of representing a homeowner who was denied by their insurance carrier. I was able to fight the insurance carrier and ultimately was able to get their denial reversed into an approval! We always strive to make sure any homeowner with a viable claim is handled fairly by their Insurance Carrier, but we take particular pride in winning the harder fights for our clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the provider not only knows roofing, but also has the extensive knowledge of the insurance process, how it works, and has the drive to fight for you.
