Introduction

Pride & caution. We look at every job as if it were the interview for the next job. There are 100 companies in our market area and we need to be a leader just to survive. So work product quality is absolutely paramount to all else. As the captian of the ship I have the ability to create a culture of excellence. We try every day to make that happen. I'm proud of our people. It's the best part of the job.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Most of what we do is simple square foot pricing, however, we really have hundreds of options and products to choose from. So it's really difficult to price things with out seeing and measuring them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Everything that is available through the various manufacturers we represent as well as our local chapters of the home builders association.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I loved working and didn't love scholastic pursuits. This was the perfect vehicle for me. And I've been happily employed or self employed in our industry since 1988.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Complete exterior makeovers, roof replacements, and additional living space such as, decks, patios, and enclosures.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We brought a house back from the brink of condemnation. A couple bought a beautiful farm house from a "house flip" con-artist. This guy covered up stuff that amounted to such serious defects we had to re-frame the house as it stood in place then do the job we were originally contracted to do. It looks great now and everyone is safe and happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Go with your gut. Its rarely ever wrong.
