During the initial consultation we gather all of the details of your project's goals, take plenty of notes, measurements and pictures, and drone inspections when applicable. We also thoroughly explain the products and how they're installed. Then we accurately price out the options we discussed. Once we come to an agreement to complete the work, we can finalize contract specifics remotely via email or in person. Then the owner and project manager Jake comes out to do a final walk through with the customers before any materials are ordered.
