What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All estimates are free, and im extremely competitive with your bigger named companies. Also if a full roof replacement is requested from my website there is a $500 coupon!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Coming out taking measurements, assessing all issues, taking pictures, discribing the materials and process with samples and demonstratings. This is done to repairs as well as roof replacements/installation

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Worked my way up from labor, to full mechanic, to forman, supervisor, GM, estimator/sales, to owning this company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been in the industry since i was a kid, working at my family members' roofing company. I watched behind the scenes as my mother was the secretary. Physically started in a dumpster working at 14 years old. I have over 23 years of experience in this industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Any and all types. From first time home buyers to the elderly. Customers that have no knowledge about roofing to customers that have been in the industry or have a well enough knowledge.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It was a 3,300 square foot roof that was unwalkable. It took 1 day to complete

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Pay attention to their history and knowledge about roofing. Hire somebody that will take the time to go the extra mile and answer all questions at anytime.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What shape is their roof in, is the roof leaking, has missing shingles, damaged or old looking. What's the process of this type of major construction.
