What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Class Roofing, we believe in providing customized roofing solutions because every home—and every homeowner’s needs—are different. That’s why our pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all. We inspect every roof, whether it’s a repair or a full replacement, to tailor a solution that fits your needs, wants, and budget.
Rather than offering generic discounts or flat rates, we focus on delivering the best value by assessing your roof’s specific condition and creating a plan that ensures long-term durability. Our pricing is transparent—no hidden fees, no surprises—just an honest, straightforward approach to giving you the best roof for your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Class Roofing, our process is built around clear communication and complete transparency, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.
From the moment you reach out, we take the time to understand your needs, inspect your roof, and provide a customized solution that fits your home and budget. Throughout the project, we keep you informed with real-time updates—whether it's scheduling, materials, or progress on-site. Our team is always available to answer questions and address any concerns.
After the work is complete, we follow up to ensure your satisfaction and provide any necessary documentation or guidance on your new roof. Our goal is to make your roofing experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Class Roofing, we take education and training seriously to ensure we provide the highest quality service and expertise. We are certified contractors with both GAF and Owens Corning, two of the most trusted manufacturers in the industry. As members of the Roofing & Solar Reform Alliance, we stay up to date on best practices, manufacturer guidelines, insurance requirements, and cutting-edge installation techniques.
Additionally, our sales consultants are personally certified by HAAG as roof inspectors, giving them advanced knowledge in identifying and assessing roof damage. This level of training and certification ensures that when you work with Class Roofing, you're getting expert guidance, precision craftsmanship, and a roofing system built to last.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Class Roofing was founded with a mission to be a better alternative for homeowners in an industry that has lacked integrity for far too long. Our owner witnessed firsthand the bad practices and corner-cutting that left homeowners frustrated and taken advantage of. Tired of seeing families pay the price for poor workmanship, we took our expertise in roofing and our passion for helping our neighbors to create Class Roofing.
From day one, our goal has been to raise the bar for what your home deserves—offering transparency, high-quality craftsmanship, and a customer experience built on trust. That’s why we stand by our motto: Classy Roofing, Every Shingle Time!
What types of customers have you worked with?
At Class Roofing, we’ve had the privilege of working with homeowners at every stage of life—from first-time homebuyers navigating their first big investment to empty nesters looking to downsize and everything in between. Whether you’re upgrading your forever home, addressing storm damage, or simply ensuring your roof is in top shape, we tailor our approach to meet your specific needs.
No matter where you are in your homeownership journey, we’re here to provide expert guidance, transparent communication, and top-tier craftsmanship to give you the best roofing experience possible!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project we really enjoyed was for a new homeowner who had purchased a fixer-upper to live in while renovating. We were the second or third contractor on-site, and our job was to replace the shingle roof, single-ply rubber roof, gutters, and fascia metal. The entire project took about four days from start to finish.
What made this project special was how smoothly everything came together. We worked seamlessly through multiple exterior trades, ensuring that every detail was tied together properly. Our constant communication with the homeowner made the process stress-free, keeping them informed every step of the way. It was a great example of how we deliver high-quality work on schedule while making the experience enjoyable for our customers!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you’re looking to hire a roofing provider, our best advice is to choose a contractor who values transparency, quality, and communication. Look for a company that:
Inspects Before Quoting – Every home is different, so your roofing solution should be customized to fit your specific needs, not a one-size-fits-all estimate.
Is Certified & Trained – Make sure your contractor is certified by reputable manufacturers like GAF and Owens Corning and stays up to date with the latest industry best practices.
Provides Clear Communication – A good contractor keeps you informed before, during, and after the project. We believe in complete transparency, so you’re never left wondering what’s next.
Stands Behind Their Work – Ask about warranties, materials, and installation techniques. A quality roof is an investment, and the right contractor will ensure you get long-term protection.
Your home deserves the best, and we’re here to help make the process smooth, stress-free, and built to last.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out to a roofing professional, homeowners should consider their project goals, such as whether they need a full replacement, repair, or inspection. It’s important to have a budget in mind and be aware of any specific issues with your current roof, such as leaks or missing shingles. If you have a preference for roofing materials, such as asphalt shingles or rubber roofing, discussing these options upfront will help guide the conversation. Additionally, understanding warranties and guarantees from both the manufacturer and contractor is essential for long-term protection.
It’s also helpful to ask about the contractor’s communication process, including how often you’ll receive updates and how they handle unexpected issues like hidden damage or material delays. Knowing the expected project timeline will allow you to plan accordingly. Thinking through these questions will help you have a more focused and productive conversation with a roofing professional, ensuring that you get the best solution for your home.
