What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are the originator of the "First Responder Discount". We offer deep discounts to : -Active Military & Veterans -Medical professionals -Police -FBI -Fire Fighters -& Teachers. If you fall into any of these categories, we can either give you the discount directly, or we can make a donation directly to The Wounded Warrior Project in your name.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We assess the existing roof and/or siding to determine the best materials for your project. We then inform the customer of their options and let them know how we will get it done and when it will be done by.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started STATE Restoration, LLC in 2013. After taking on a partner who is a Service Disabled Veteran, we rebranded to VETBUILD™. We are preferred contractors for Owens Corning, GAF, and IKO.

What types of customers have you worked with?

ALL kinds. From new construction, to insurance restoration work, to those who just want to add some curb appeal to their beautiful homes. We can work with anyone to get the job done right the first time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your contractor is licensed for the work you're hiring for. There are a LOT of "fly-by-night" companies looking to take advantage of home owners who aren't familiar with the process. This is why it is very important to us to educate the consumer about the process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

-type of material they are looking for -budget -time frame
