We only charge for the labor and products that go into your project! We do not have any hidden fees. We offer free estimates for the jobs as well!

Once we are contacted about a job, we will schedule a representative to come out to your home to give an estimate on any and all work desired to be done. Depending on the project, an estimate is given on the spot or within a few days!

We have multiple employees from installers to the owner that are trained and certified through various organizations and programs. We stay up-to-date with all training and practices to be the experts in each field!

The owner of the company has been in the roofing industry for the bast 25 years. Each of our employees and representatives has a different and unique backstory in how they started out in the industry. Feel free to ask them while they are out for an appointment with you!

Tycos General Contracting has experience with project sizes of kitchens in a small condo to the entire roof on a shopping center. We have worked with all shape and sizes of customers and projects. Nothing can scare us away (except for bears)!

A recent project that we did was originally a repair to fix a piece of siding on a house. The project turned into needing the whole siding to be removed and replaced along with a few windows. The client was not ready, financially or mentally, for a project of that size. We were able to help the client with a payment program and gave them ease of mind. They are one of our happiest clients to date!

I would say to get another opinion on your project. If you go with our company, get a second opinion from one of our competitors. We will be better priced with happier past customers. We are a company that believes in our work and willing to prove it. That is the type of company I would search for and why I would get a second opinion on my project.

Some great questions to think about are: 1. What is my timeline/how quickly does my project have to move? 2. What is my budget for any given project? Is this a realistic budget? 3. How are the reviews of a certain company? Are they good or bad? 4. How flexible am I for scheduling and project ideas? How flexible is the company? 5. Is the person or company licensed to do the job? Are they qualified to handle this project? 6. How much communication are you going to require for the length of the project? 7. Ask a random employee of the company why they like the company or why they would hire the company to do their project. Some of the answers might give away how the company or contractor truly does work!
