Introduction

Here at Dreamworx Roofing, we have a passion for roofing and helping people protect the home that protects their loved ones. We pride ourselves on our prompt response times, workmanship, extensive knowledge in our field, customer service, and our expansive array of happy customers. We're a small-town business making a name for ourselves across Central Pennsylvania doing what we love, and we look forward to working with you! We are an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred roofing contractor. This status is only given to 2% of roofing contractors in North America. With this status we are held to a higher standard, not only by our customers but by Owens Corning themselves. We have random roof inspections performed on our completed roofs so keeping up with our quality is top priority! Ask us about the Worx+ warranty, which comes with a 50 year workmanship warranty.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is competitive but not always the cheapest due to the quality of our materials, our workmanship, and the value of our crews. We sell the best materials in the business along with the best workmanship you can find, and our crews are highly skilled at completing jobs efficiently with attention to detail. Our free quotes are tailored based on the work needed upon a thorough look at the premises so we are able to give prospective customers an exact estimate. Because of this, we aren't able to offer quotes online before seeing the building. To receive a free quote, please contact our office to schedule an estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
After a customer has chosen to contract with us, we then schedule the delivery date for the materials and the job, working around the customer's schedule as much as we can. 95% of our jobs are completed in just one day, and we don't collect a final payment until after we complete a thorough walk-through of the premises with the customer to ensure they are completely satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Owners have 15 years of installation experience and have encountered every situation imaginable when it comes to residential roofing. We are also partnered with GAF shingles and factory certified to be able to give the best warranty possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We got our start in the industry working as general labor for a residential roofing company in 2001 and became installers shortly after. Years of experience and training later, we have our own company and have made a name for ourselves across Central Pennsylvania as one of the leading roofing businesses around.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, house flippers, custom home builders, and large retirement communities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed seven roofs for an HOA in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We're proud to say that we completed all seven roofs satisfactorily within four days. We met frequently with the homeowners and made sure to update each person involved in the process along the way. Some of the roofs were covered by insurance as storm restoration, while others were retail status. Additionally, we recently completed a storm restoration job in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania in which the insurance company initially offered only to cover a partial shingle repair. However, we were able to negotiate with the insurance company on behalf of the customer. In the end, the insurance company agreed to cover a full roof replacement, siding, gutters, and two windows. We look out for our customers. You pay your hard-earned money for your insurance company to have your back, and as your contractor, we help you navigate through the process.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure any contractor you consider is fully licensed and insured with the PROPER insurance. Anybody can just go out and get "general liability" insurance, but that won't cover any damages to your home if their roofing system fails. Also, ask questions about the materials they will be using and how long the job should take to finish. Don't settle for less than outstanding quality! Ask what type of deposits the contractor requires prior to any work being done. (We require a low deposit of $500, which is applied to the final invoice, for peace of mind - both for us and our customer!)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How old is your current roof? Are you looking to get a full replacement? Do you want to finance the cost or do you have the means to pay outright for any work completed?
