Very fair very competitive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introducing myself, seeing there issues or concerns, giving them my best opinion on approach. And I always make adjuster appointments.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off as an adjuster for Allcat Claims left and worked for a large roofing company for years. My wife I decided to start our own company a few ago and have been doing great!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently got called out to a home with a concrete tile roof. Homeowner had a few repair estimates out of pocket. We was able to get the insurance company to pay out on a roof replacement. Very happy homeowners!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always verify always make sure they have insurance. Ask for some referrals. Presentation is everything.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Timeline
