Roofing and Gutter university, soft skills, leadership, business management, finance management

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with a local contractor and did so for 7 years. Since have started my own company in 2008 and have been Blessed by the amazing team around me that makes our process Fun, Fast and Easy for our customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly homeowners and some commercial business owners. Our customers are typically ones who have had a bad experience with other companies and want to be treated like they deserve to be.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Chris Smiley job in our own town, we just completed his 6,000 + sf home with a new metal roof and tons of custom trims. We pride ourselves in the projects normal companies run from...With our trained team, we enjoy solving your most difficult roof issues.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find out more about energy saving roofs and take advantage of it so you can recoup some costs long term. Do your due diligence when hiring a company, the BBB statistica say 4/5 roofing companies go out of business in the first two years. We end up repairing or replacing roofs that are only 10 years old - in which it is the install that was done incorrectly and not materials failing prematurely.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. How long do I plan on living in my home? 3. Are there yearly storms that come through my area and ruin roofs? 4. Do I know all the different types of roofing and the pros and cons of each? 5. Am I looking to get by for a few years or leave my home for an inheritance? 6. Can I repair my roof rather than replace it? 7. Do they have Workers Compensation and other proper Insurance documents They ARE WILLING TO SHOW me so I don't get sued if someone gets hurt on the job?
