What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work hard and with integrity to complete your job in a timely manner. We use high quality products that will last you for many years. We strive to give you excellent workmanship at a competitive price!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After you reach out to us we will contact you via email or cellphone to set up an appointment to look over your project. I will then come to your home to show you the different options we have and discuss which product can best fulfill your needs. I will then email you a free estimate and from there if you accept the estimate we will schedule a time to come and complete the project that works best with your schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10+ years of experience in roofing and construction. I make sure that anyone from my company that is working on your home is knowledgeable and has the experience to complete the job professionally as well as give you an excellent finished product!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for my Dad, who was a general contractor,when I was very young during the summer when I was on summer break. After graduating high school I continued working for his business until I decided to start my own business about 4 years ago. I love working with people and I take pride in our workmanship as a company!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with customers of many different age brackets as well as people from a types of backgrounds. We do our best to be respectful of each and every customer and treat their home as though it was our own.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Some of my favorite recent projects we have completed are many of the metal roofs we have installed on homes. It's amazing how a metal roof can transform the look of your entire home!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you find a contractor who is knowledgable about the products they install as well as someone who is capable of giving you excellent workmanship.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The main thing is to know when you would like your project to be completed. Also if you have questions possibly write them down so we can answer any concerns you have regarding the work you wish to have completed on your home.
