Our Goal is for you to pay as little as possible, when working with insurance its often $0

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up an appt. to measure for estimates. Sometimes we can get measurements off satellite and get you a roof quote with in minutes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified in Mold Remediation OSHA 10 First Aid CPR Rigging H2S Gas CDL A - ALL endorsements Contractor for 30 yrs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Just happened, Built a screened porch with roof for mom in high school and just kept going.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All Types, many kinds of projects, Roofing, Siding Remodelling.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Leak repair. J channel from split level roof line was running water to a hole cut around a gutter and going through a wall. Just had to caulk the hole, 5 min fix. ended up charging just half the minimum service trip charge. Customer was VERY happy we didn't need to redo the step flashing like he was told by another contractor.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Pray on it and go with your gut, who do you feel peace with when dealing with them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Expectations. Make sure the contractor knows what you expect (quality, start date, job length, clean up) and the contractor should let you know what to expect in return - makes for a smooth process with no misunderstandings.
