What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We can price two ways. Labor only or labor and materials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I personally will work hand and hand helping you pick out design choices. We want to make sure you will LOVE the end product! I can help you bring your ideas to life or we can brainstorm together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have rehabbed houses for years. I am NOW starting to break into the residential remodeling. I have built an amazing hard working team! I know what it's like hiring contractors and it can be a complete disaster and extremely stressful. I will walk you through the process and we will not start another job until yours is complete.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started flipping houses. I've made a lot of mistakes. Learn through my mistakes... and hire the right person from the start.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers who are really well off, I have worked with customers that have had to save every penny in order to get a small project done. It does not matter who you are, you will all be treated the same!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished remodeling a huge master bathroom project. It turned out beautiful and the customer then hired us to remodel her other two bathrooms. I LOVE REPEAT BUSINESS AND REFERRALS!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is important expectations are talked out. It is important to ask how long a project will take to complete and what are the consequences if expectations are not met.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have a good idea of what your budget is. Every other question a professional should be able to answer.
