What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not have a standard pricing system per se. The kind of work we do requires an assessment of what's going on. We can then steer the customer in the direction which is needed to fix their home in the most economical way for them. We also offer a 5% discount to members of the military and senior citizens.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with a customer and assess their needs. We try to get to know them on a personal level, many people that we have worked for have become friends of ours. If they are a homeowner and are able to qualify for an insurance claim we let them know. We specialize in the claims process and can deal with claims from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor's degree in business and a minor in accounting. I have nearly fifteen years of on the job training and have completed hundreds of jobs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off doing siding with a crew when I lived in Minnesota and we worked until it got to below zero. I started my own business here in 2011 and for the most part we run off of the referrals of satisfied customers. We enjoy helping people out whenever we can.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all kinds of people. We have worked on homes of councilman, mayor's, many police officers and RTA bus drivers. We especially like to deal with working class people and people that are in need. We feel that we provide a great service at a great value

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of most of the work that we do. Much of what we do is helping customers deal with their insurance companies and making sure they get a fair settlement if their home has been damaged by wind or hail or storms in any way. It makes us feel good that we can help the members of our community in this way.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check into a contractors previous work and also check with the Better Business Bureau. We currently hold an A+ rating.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have an idea of what you need done and then work with a qualified professional to make their vision a reality.
