Pricing is based on materials, time, and the job at hand. Keeping labor at a fair price to ease the blow of the increase in material costs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting the details of what you want and how you want it. With all efforts towards the desired outcome. Making the stress of a project as smooth as possible and ensure satisfaction. Consultations and quotes met with a timely estimate, that can be altered to meet any specific needs. Half of the pay is required up front to cover supplies and lock in the required necessities. The other half is paid on completion.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a roofer for 30 years so I grew up surrounded by construction, full renovations and detailed carpentry my whole life

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve done jobs at highly established facilities and I’ve done jobs for inner city gas stations. I’ve done jobs without ever meeting the clients and I’ve done jobs during sizable gatherings. Interactions vary but the job is the concern and nothing gets more work better than a satisfied customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I took on was a dog bed with storage and the theme was around the dogs name Gomez. So I asked the client to pick out a fabric and built a coffin with trim and accent handle. Labor was less then a week

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is key! There’s three common concerns when it comes to this type of work. Cheap, Fast, Pretty. You can’t have all three.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We can only do our best at what we can control. Knowing all the elements that we can’t gives us the advantage of proper preparation to tackle any task and minimize surprises.
