Our goal is to have fair pricing for our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first have to schedule a time to give an estimate. Then if the customer decides to go with our estimate we get you on our production schedule. From there we will have a project manager assigned to your job and take care of you every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in business for over 25 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started with roofing and siding and as we grew we decided to grow into other trades. So now we are a certified general contractor and can take care of of everything when it comes to your home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers. We are happy to help make decisions for designing or give any advice from our experiences. We are also ready to take on the project when a customer already knows exactly what they want.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We took on a cover Azek deck project. At the time the customer had somewhat of an idea on what they want but still needed some help deciding things. So we came together on what we thought would look good and what we know they would like an made it happen. Now they have a beautiful space that they absolutely love!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would suggest they consider us to at lest come out and take a look. We give free estimates so its no cost to them to come out and look, its just a little bit of there time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Something we always want customers to keep in mind is budget, timing, and seriousness. Its good to get an idea range on how much your willing to spend on the project. Is it the right time because its always good to get the ball rolling to get an idea. Lastly seriousness only because we want to make sure its something you really want to do.
