What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We can provide some structured costs on some services but typically we price each job by the job and specific to it and the customers needs and wants. We offer fair and honest pricing with many ways to pay for our services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial contact and communication to set up an in home meeting , than inspect and provide a free in home estimate and quote for the desire service or work needed. Followed up by a working schedule and deposit along with signed contract. Perform scheduled work and service to customers satisfaction than followed up by any inspections needed and final payment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

30 years in the home improvement industry with 25 years of business ownership specializing in residential work from small to large jobs with both mechanical and construction specialties both interior and exterior in all aspects of the home and structure. Currently hold state and city licenses and have certifications in many areas with both on the job training and the classroom.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a skilled trade right out of high school and fell in love with the industry. Stayed in the business and eventually 6 years later started my business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of residential customers from small to large jobs from basic and simple to very involved and complex. Also commercial customers too.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a huge project here in Columbus, A full roof, gutters, soffit and fascia, also replaced sky lights and all the wood decking. It was a very large home and lots of detail. The job was in bad shape when we started so when it was complete it was great to see it correct and all new and a happy customer. It was a flat rubber roof and the had all oversized everything so it was more like a commercial job than a residential job. Everything was Black and white as to colors too. This job took a total of 4 weeks to complete once we got started

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are local to Ohio and not out of state , also that they are truly Lic/Bonded/Insured plus have BWC. They need to have many reviews and can provide recent references. Make sure they offer multi ways to pay for services, make sure they have been in business in Ohio for at least 3-5 years.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I have funds ready to pay for my project, Do i need financing, Do i know what i truly want and what i'm doing , Am i ready to do this now or just price shopping , Is this fix and repair or am i changing everything. I think this is a good place to begin for any customer before meeting with pros
