The customer is always right. We tried to cater and satisfy each job even if we have to return weeks later.

Like I said, I’ve been doing this since I’ve been 14 years old. there are no stumbling blocks when you’ve been doing this since a kid

It’s a family business. My father took over my grandfather’s business. I took over my father’s business.

Every roof is different, so the timeline for every replacement is different. However, most roofs can be replaced in a day on the average home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

How long has you been doing this how many men in his crew is he working on other jobs? Can he handle both jobs at one time?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
