Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We guarentee our quoted pricing, no upcharges. No surprises.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first step is to listen, we want to make sure you get what you're looking for, weather that's just some advice and an inspection, or a whole new roof. We don't upsell.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
20 of years experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My dad owned a construction company for most of my life, the trades are my inheiritance. And i'm grateful for that.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Every customer is different, i've worked with many customers over the years. What i've learned from those interactions is that communication is the key, no matter the "type" of customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently we took on a project for a 90 year old lady who got scammed, the previous crew had torn the front half of the roof down and just disapeared. It was an adventure to say the least. I guess you could say i've spent my career chasing "the other guy", whoever he is.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask alot of questions, try to communicate before you hire them. If they're hard to get in touch with and can't answer questions before you hire, you can bet it will only get worse After you hire. Make sure you're both on the same page and that you understand and approve of their plan. Somtimes things get lost in conversation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
There are dozens of questions you should ask, the unfortunate part is that if you aren't an expert on the project, weather that be roofing or a renovation, you wouldn't really know which ones are important to Your project. Hire the person that can help you Become an expert, Communication is key.
