What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our team arranges an inspection with our field team. By gathering a homeowner's information and data from their inspections we begin the process by invoicing additional members to being preparing for replacement.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Training the relates and or pertains to my work, is drone flight training. Safety measures when climbing ladders, including walking on a roo. Customer service via phone call or in person. Computer data entry.
