What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually speak on the phone discussing their situation, we come out there and inspect the roof, we get some numbers together and send over a proposal of the work we will do!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I learned everything from my grandfather and also did a lot of studying myself.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Grandfather use to take me with him to work and I fell in love with it!

We work with homeowners, building managers, real estate, companies etc

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a flat roof installation in Brooklyn, it was around 1100 ft.² it took us one full day! Seeing the customers glow up looking at their new roof is like Christmas morning!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

NEVER GO WITH THE CHEAPEST ROOFER! They’re definitely cutting corners you don’t want cut! Always weigh out your estimates.
