What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price everything fairly, for complete roofs. We go by square footage and pitch height. For repairs, we have multiple options with flat rates that will include warranties

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I customer reaches out to us, we ask a few questions and set up a date to come and inspect the roof. When we find the issue, we explain everything to the customer, email them over a written proposal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been working on roofs since I was a young man. Work experience taught me everything I know!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My uncle is e to take me to his projects when I was little, and I fell in love with the business!

I work with residential and commercial

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a compete replacement on a flat roof. About 1000 ft.². Took us 1 full day

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be to hire the company that you’re most confident with. You will gain confidence when the contractor explains the issue and the solution to you very clearly and does not pressure you in to anything.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should look into how old their roof is, and how many repairs were done in the past years.
