What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is standardized, meaning that we have mostly pre-set pricing, as far as labor and materials. This ensures a fair pricing model. We do not negotiate, we offer the best pricing we can while we are at the home. We usually have manufacturer’s rebates across our product lines that we match and also offer senior and first responder discounts as well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently converted a tub to a walk-in shower for a woman who was recently struck with disease preventing her the ability to step into the tub. She had been in a rehab for some time and her family hired us so she could wash once she got home. The excitement and gratefulness of her and her family were inspiring. This is why we do what we do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When looking for a company you can trust, ask the following: How long have you been in business? Do you have the proper insurance? Do you have a state issued home improvement contractor’s registration? How many of these types of jobs have you done? What is their online rating? What is their warranty? Do they have any references? Understand the lead time, installation timeframe and payment terms clearly as well. Make sure all of your questions are answered and trust your gut feeling.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before talking to a professional, you should consider what you are looking to accomplish over the long term. Any investment in your home is an important one and usually significant. It is an important decision for you and your family. If you are clear on your expectation, you can convey that to the company that you hire.
