What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is extremely fair. One thing that is a little different is that we are a franchise, so all 120+ locations nationwide are all buying the same products and materials which gives us a great advantage on the buying power. We're able to offer extremely competitive pricing with high quality products.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Honestly, we need roughly 30 minutes to an hour with each new customer, we just simply grab some measurements, ask you a few questions, and give you a price. Super simple, if we need to schedule a follow up with you we will.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are the highest level of install practices by Owens Corning roofing system. We are certified by all major manufactures.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got into this because of need. Homeowners think roofing is just shingles and tar paper. While that worked back in the day, it's not how the install practices are done now a days.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every single kind of customer you can imagine. We don't care, we are roofers. Here to help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a roof that was 40+ squares, finished in one day. Homeowner couldn't believe the transformation that took place. Color of the shingles really made the house pop that much more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Whomever you decide to do with with, make sure they are certified by the manufacture. Make sure they are using proper materials such as ice and water shield, new drip edge, ridge vent, ridge cap shingles, etc. These things should be clear as day in writing with exactly the products they are using.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Making sure that the contractor is licensed, insured, and certified. These few simple things go a very long way. You'd be surprised how many companies claim to be certified, we go on the manufacture's website and they are nowhere to be found. Do your homework on who you decide to use.
