What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are locally owned and operated so our pricing is very competitive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up an in home consultation where we find out exactly what the customer needs and wants. We then provide a price based off of that. Once that proposal has been approved we provide the customer with samples of the product they are interested in. The customer will pick the product they prefer. We then custom build the project to fit the what the customer needs and wants.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father and grandfather were both in the construction industry and it has interested me ever since I was young.
