My pricing is by the square foot. I never guess a number, and from there I could offer discounts off that price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Presenting the brand Lang and sons construction, you’re not just getting your roof replaced your getting the Lang and son brand.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing this kind of work all my life sense the age of 4 being on a roof. In between grade school breaks and summer vacations I am extremely knowledgeable in this field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father use to take me to work at the age of 4 years old to this day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

A variety obviously sometimes you get easy going customers and sometimes you don’t. I am equipped with the knowledge to answer every question and leave you happy with your completed project

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

3 layer siding rip in the Atlantic highlands. Re sheet entire house tyvek starter strips corner posts j channels siding soffit and aluminum wrap. 2 weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A lot of sales guys never actually worked before they are taught a sales pitch with no actual background in the trade.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure they aren’t going over rotten sheeting. Using the correct fasteners. And using the exact brand name materials in the contract.
