Once connected , we would set up a good time for the homeowner to come out and meet and at that time provide an estimate based of the scope of the work discussed!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Over 20 years in the industry and we are re certified on a yearly basis with our manufacturers, as we are a preferred installer among top manufactures in the area!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We wanted to really be in business to not only help our customers with there projects , but educate them on making the best possible decision for there home. It's always hard picking the right contractor , so educating our customers is one of our top priorities

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our last roof customers had a bad leak, and once we agreed to terms we put them to the front of the install schedule to make sure there was no further damage to there home. The job took one day!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't always go with the cheap bid. Usually the cheap guy / company is cutting corners somewhere. You are giving something up with the cheap quote, weather its product , service , warranty etc...

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Always ask what they have for Insurances / certifications. Ask what materials they use, what warranty they have, and if they are certified by any manufacturers.
