We'll begin with a quick phone call to go over the scope of work and your expectations. By this time we can give a ballpark estimate over the phone. If you're comfortable, then we'll make a site visit and give a formal quote within 48 hours. We service commercial roofs too: flat, tpo, metal and more.

We are always willing to adjust scope of work or find creative ways to adjust to your budget and expectations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually start with a 10 - 15 minute phone conversation about the project, going over any available pictures and measurements. At this time, its possible to give a ballpark estimate. If comfortable moving forward, we'll come to the location, speak more in-depth about the project and needs. Once we've established that we can help you with your project, we'll send a quote within 48 hours and we'll call to go over any questions or concerns. The quote is good for 10 business days. If you would like to move forward and get on the schedule a 20% deposit is required. Once the project is completed, we'll perform a final walkthrough. Follow-ups will be done 7 days after walkthrough, 3 months, and 6 months afterwards.

We started GR Constructs after my own struggles to find trustworthy contractors that are communicative. We strive for clear communication and flexibility for our customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with diverse customers that need help in the process of improving their homes. Our favorite customers are interested in a job being done right and being done well! Our most recent large project was for someone preparing their house for sale and wanted to handed it off in a close to perfect condition as possible! Most customers establish a long-term relationship and continue to contact for advice.

My favorite projects are getting customers ready to move into their new house, or helping them get their house ready to go on the market.

Are you looking for value or quality? Quality painters will not cover up rot, nor ignore major problems. Quality should be long-lasting and willing to come back for touchups.
