What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed sheet metal journeyman, licensed insurance agent, electronics engineer, manufacturer certified shingle installer with years of storm insurance claims training and years of extensive training and knowledge in remodeling. All of my experience, training and education helps me make CFR a leader in the home improvement industry.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Does the company have a physical address that you can go to if you need? Or do they just have a P.O. Box and a cell phone with the locations tab turned off? Does the owner of the business actually go out and inspect the job sites?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do they really have the experience that they claim they have? Do they abide by all state and federal guidelines? Do the installers have the manufacturer training or is it just the slick talking salesman? Are they fully insured?
