What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We make sure our pricing is very competitive and clear. There is never a fee for us to quote or to provide estimates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to come out and do a hands on inspection of any projects you need done. We also can provide several service quotes with just pictures and client provided information.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 10 years of home service experience and are fully insured for the work we do. All workers undergo a background check and are subject to drug testing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started Patriot Home Service because of the high demand of qualified, honest, and ethical contractors and service providers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a plethora of different clients ranging from landlords, homeowners, condo HOAs, other contractors, and everyone in between.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We worked with an elderly couple that had a need for a front door. During the final measurements to order the door, we discovered the home had severe damage from termites and rot. It took us about 3 weeks but we torn out the entire front section of the home and rebuilt the section and treated the home for termites. We were very happy with how we managed to match the new paint with the 18 year old paint so the homeowner didn't have to repaint the entire home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are insured properly. Get 3 different window quotes from 3 different brands. Don't get stuck on a company trying to push one product to everyone.
