Depending on the season, or how busy the contractor is, the price may have some play to it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we provide a on site inspection. After the assessment, we provide the client with a repair quote on site, a full roof replacement quote or lastly a option to file for storm damages.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have working with Owen Corning on product training/installation. We are also actively in rolled into a roofing business school.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My brother in-law got me into roofing 12 years ago

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of client. We don’t discriminate towards our clients therefore we are happy to provide work for all those who ask.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had to replace a few ventilation pipe boots, and I really like how clean the project turned out

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always requests a COI (Certification of Insurance). Roofers pay over $7000 for insurance to ensure if they fall off your roof you will not be liable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Client should alway be thinking about a budget that they have towards roof repairs or replacements
