What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Starting with a phone call to talk about the project and get a understanding of what you are looking for. Meet at the job site to review the project, agree to pricing and then review expectations for the outcome and the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve had training with major manufactures for shingles, entry-doors, siding and windows. Everything from how they are made. What makes them last and what makes them fail faster.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working for a major window company in Charlotte when I accepted a job at a local roofing company. After working there fore 3 years I left to start my own business

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Everybody with a tool belt thinks they know what they are doing. I would recommend looking up your project online and just reading some information about how to do a certain part of the project. When you meet with somebody looking to do the work ask them questions about how to do the part of the project you researched and if they don’t know or they use improper terms. Then they are probably not the person you would want to hire.
