Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We make your roofing replacements and repairs affordable. We are not your cheapest option nor will we be the most expensive. We are priced right and fair. Get your job completed with high-end materials and quality workmanship without breaking the bank. We have financing options available and discounts for military members and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
For smaller projects, we schedule an initial inspection. Based on the size of the project/information provided prior, we can complete the project on the initial inspection after coming to an agreeable cost. For larger projects, we will schedule the initial inspection, send a detailed quote, and then get you on the scheduled to have your project completed within 1-2 weeks.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Some members of our team have been working in the construction industry for over 35 years. Our vast experience and knowledge in the construction field gives you (the homeowner) the comfort that certain aspects of your project are not overlooked. We are certainteed certified and can offer the best warranties in the industry. OSHA certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We originally got started in the roofing industry as we noticed that there was a vacuum in the roofing industry for honest and trustworthy contractors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with residential homeowners looking for a repair, replacement, or interested in filing a claim with their insurance to get compensated for their loss due to recent storm damage.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We are a small business: each project is important to us! Our customers will feel how much we care by the quality customer service and communication they receive.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Always make sure that the contractor is licensed and insured. Many Raleigh roofing contractors are not licensed nor insured to work in NC. All companies have access to the same products and manufacturer warranties. What distinguishes the good companies from the bad are companies are those that honor their warranty and take pride in their projects. Companies that honor their warranties will also care deeply about the quality of the workmanship. Always go with the company that you trust!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Avoid companies that do not go to your home & do a thorough inspection. Without visiting your home, they can not provide an honest assessment or estimate. Quite often you will be told you need a replacement when that is not the case. The roofing system extends beyond the material that goes on your roof which requires an experience contractor to visit your home and do a detailed inspection. Often these companies will have clauses in their contracts that protects them and not the homeowner.
