We strive to be as cost efficient as possible, while providing an excellent service at a great value. We provide free estimates (No cost or obligation} We offer/ provide a $250 discount or all first responders, which include: All Police, Fire and Medical personnel All Military (active, non-active and Veterans) Teachers/ educators --(certain minimum requirements, call us for details).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

From step A to step Z, we here at Valiant Roofing, LLC have you covered. We aim AND focus to ensure the success of your project from start to finish as we define your customer needs, and start building a cost-effective strategy from there. The first step, is scheduling a free consultation/ estimate for your project. We simply stop out at your convenience (it generally only takes about a half hour, depending on how many questions you may have) and take measurements, go over options/ samples etc.) Next--As we have excellent relationships with our manufacturers, we are able to "crunch the numbers" the best we can on your behalf---and within 24-48 hours after our initial visit, will email you a well-written/ detailed "job proposal"/ estimate. Lastly, we will follow up with you to go over any questions, and to discuss options abouts about moving forward (providing you don't contact us first).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have well over 2 decades in the construction industry handling customer needs in both the commercial and residential fields. Our installers are factory trained and certified. We handle all aspects in regard to your project, from obtaining permits, licenses, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

By having a passion for hands on work combined with a heavy focus on quality and attention to detail, and the result being finding the fruition that comes from the start of your potential project-to the completion,...and seeing the tangible outcome.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the potential contractor you may hire for your project has their proper licenses and insurance. (Make sure they're "up-to-date" as well). Ask if they have references of completed jobs in your area.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some KEY questions to ask when you may be considering the right contractor for your project: Make sure your potential contractor is properly licensed and insured. -We have our contractor's license and insurance, which covers your property with over 2 million dollars of liability insurance. Who obtains any licenses or permits that may be required for the potential project? -We handle all aspects of obtaining any permits and licenses that may be required for your project. Ask for references. -We are always happy to provide a list of referrals of past customers that we've had the pleasure of working with and for (Any good contractor will be happy to let their work speak for itself).
